EC Stack

What is an EC Stack?
     The EC stack utilizes ephedrine and caffeine as a cutting supplement.



8mg ephedrine pills: Repeat users - You can skip day 1-3!

Week 1 - Day 1 - take a test dose, 8mg ephedrine + a small coffee or caffeine pill. You should not have any adverse symptoms.
    Week 1 - Day 2-3: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (3×8mg E pills per day or 24mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 8mg E, 100mg C
  • Dose 2 - 8mg E, 100mg C
  • Dose 3 - 8mg E, 100mg C
    Week 1 - Day 4-7: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (5×8mg E pills per day or 40mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 16mg E, 100mg C
  • Dose 2 - 16mg E, 100mg C
  • Dose 3 - 8mg E, 100mg C
    Week 2 - Day 8-14: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (7×8mg E per day or 56mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 24mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 2 - 16mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 3 - 16mg E, 100mg C
    Week 3-10: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (8×8mg E per day or 64mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 24mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 2 - 24mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 3 - 16mg E, 200mg C
If you have 8mg E pills, you will need 524 pills for 10 weeks.

12.5 mg ephedrine (or 25 mg cut in half as necessary) pills. Repeat users - You can skip day 1-3!

    Week 1 - Day 4-7: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (3×12.5mg E pills per day or 37.5mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 12.5mg E, 100mg C
  • Dose 2 - 12.5mg E, 100mg C
  • Dose 3 - 12.5mg E, 100mg C
    Week 2 - Day 8-14: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (4× 12.5mg E per day or 50mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 25mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 2 - 12.5mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 3 - 12.5mg E, 100mg C
    Week 3-10: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (6x 12.5mg E per day or 75mg total)
  • Dose 1 - 25mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 2 - 25mg E, 200mg C
  • Dose 3 - 25mg E, 200mg C
For 12.5 mg E pills you need 381 pills for 10 weeks.
For 25mg E pills you need 191 pills for 10 weeks.

Cutting Guide

This is my guide on how to cut body fat and achieve a more aesthetic body.


You must count calories.
Daily Calories on rest days: Body weight in pounds   x   10
Daily Calories on workout days: Body weight in pounds   x   12
Amount of protein daily: 1gram per body weight. (EX. If you weigh 240 pounds. You should be consuming 240 grams of protein a day.)

Routine:
ABA - BAB (Make sure to rest a day in between each workout to give your muscles enough time to recuperate)

A Workouts:
Bench Press 3x5
Squats 3x5
Yates Row 3x5

B Workouts:
Deadlifts 3x5
Weighted Chin-ups 3x5
Shoulder Press 3x5


Light weights and higher reps to get "toned" or lose body fat is bullshit. YOU MUST BE LIFTING HEAVY.

If you're eating at a calorie deficit and you're not losing weight, either you're not counting your calories correctly or you should lower you're calorie cap. I am NOT a fan of cardio, even though it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you are a heavy person, I do not recommend jogging. You will put way too much pressure on your joints and you can injure yourself in the long run. Swimming is a great way to burn calories. Remember, cardio is not necessary for one to lose weight.
